Join us for an unforgettable evening with a pairing dinner prepared by guest chef Ángel Carbajal from Nicksan Los Cabos and our in-house chefs.

Wine pairing will be directed by sommeliers Ricardo Espíndola, director of the Mexican School of Sommeliers, and Gaby Melchum, co-founder of Hacienda Guadalupe.

Enjoy live harp music by Gabriel A. Perlestain, a renowned harpist from Quintana Roo, throughout the dinner.
