A tribute to the local ingredient!.

The twenty-fifth edition of this great event brings together 80 wineries from the valleys of Baja California, offering a tasting of more than 160 recently launched wine labels, including whites, rosés, sparkling wines, Pét Nats and young red wines. Attendees will be able to enjoy an exhibition of local producers, with fresh products from the Pacific coast, and the participation of Isla Marina, which will have invited chefs to prepare unique dishes. In addition, +50 restaurants in the region will present gastronomic samples based on oyster, mussels and clams, complemented by demonstration kitchens where renowned chefs from the region will share the process of creating their emblematic dishes.
