The campaign “The Most Revolutionary Gastronomy in Mexico” is a tribute to the chefs, cooks, pastry chefs and producers who have turned Baja California into an essential destination for lovers of good food.

Through a series of audiovisual productions that cover the flavors of each municipality, we show the talent, passion and creativity of those who have made this land a culinary paradise. From the flavors of the sea to the richness of the valleys, each dish tells a unique story that reflects the identity and diversity of Baja California.

The campaign “The Most Revolutionary Cuisine in Mexico” its main purpose is to consolidate Baja California as the most innovative and diverse gastronomic destination in the country.

Through this initiative, we are strengthening the identity of Baja California through its cuisine, highlighting the importance of local ingredients and traditional techniques, combined with a contemporary vision that has revolutionized the culinary scene.
